Check in times are from 3.30pm. This change in arrival time is part of a range of measures we are taking to ensure that your room is cleaned to the highest specification prior to your arrival. We are now also using a 'Key Safe' system that will allow you to find and access your room independently. An email attachment with a code, which you should keep safely, will be provided with the confirmation email.


Guests arriving later are advised to contact Blas Gwyr in advance with their estimated time of arrival so they can be informed  how to access their rooms if the owner is not able to be there to welcome them personally.

Please note that if booking through an agency such as Booking.com or Expedia, different cancellation and deposit policies may be in place. A deposit of one night stay will be required to secure the booking. A deposit payment will be required for block bookings.

Cancellations is free if made within 14 days of arrival. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will be charged the full price. 

PLEASE NOT THAT DIFFERENT TRAVEL AGENCIES MAY HAVE DIFFERENT CANCELLATION POLICIES.

Cancellations made as a result of Covid 19 restrictions will be fully refunded.

We are sorry but due to the demands of making sure that rooms are thoroughly cleaned in line with Welsh Government guidelines, this year's check-in times have changed. Guests are welcome to arrive and check in from 5pm Similalry checkout is earlier at 1000 a.m.Guests wishing to check out later can do so by prior arrangement  and by paying a £20 facility fee. Please note this is not always possible. 

Payment can be made by credit/debit card or by bank transfer in advance of arrival. Those wishing to pay by bank transfer will need to have paid the remaining balance, at least 7 days in advance of arrival.
