Blas Gwyr is a magical little location in a most beautiful part of Wales. Thank you so much Dafydd for your kind hospitality and the delicious breakfast! We would love to come again and definitely recommend it to anyone looking for fantastic beaches, five star accommodation and lovely seaside walks.

Me and my partner have just has the privilege of staying in Blas Gwyer, we could not of asked for more, the room was absolutely stunning very well designed and spacious we LOVED the under floor heating! Where do i start with the superlatives, superb host in Dafydd , breakfast was a treat every morning great variations, Rhedin room was lovely and comfortable , with the wet bathroom an added touch, will re visit and recommend anyone to try Blas Gwr

My boyfriend and I loved our stay at Blas Gwyr - it was perfect in every respect. Really comfy bed, beautifully decorated and so cosy on a rainy weekend. And the breakfast was delicious too. Loved everything! Perfect weekend getaway destination - have returned home feeling revitalised. Can't wait to come back again - hopefully for longer next time!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Blas Gwyr July 1-4, 2019. The room was comfortable and cozy and the property is centrally located to many beautiful Gower Peninsula sights. Spending time over the delicious breakfast with Daffyd, the proprietor, was a delight and gave me a wonderful introduction to this beautiful country and its language.

Fantastic is the only way to describe our stay at blas gwyr. Kerry and Daffyd are very friendly and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are beautiful and breakfast is delicious, a good selection of local food, both hot and cold. We wish Kerry and Daffyd every success with their business.

Absolutely lovely rooms and location. The breakfast was also excellent with plenty of options for adults and children. We will be recommending Blas Gwyr to our friends and relatives for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway in a beautiful setting.

Blas Gŵyr – July 2009 Having had personal recommendations in Cardiff off people who’d already stayed in the newly opened ‘Blas Gŵyr’ we looked forward to our break in Llangennith with great anticipation. We weren’t to be disappointed. Indeed, it was even better than our expectations, having a real Welsh welcome off our charming hosts Dafydd and Kerri in a beautiful, quiet setting. We stayed in the ‘Grug’ room, which was very tastefully furnished with modern decor and had a really relaxing ambience. A glass of wine in the sun trap of a courtyard was an added bonus, as was the bara lawr in the hearty breakfast, full of local produce. A real treat, we will definitely be coming back to have more of a taste of ‘Blas Gŵyr’. Diolch am y croeso. Geraint & Cath, Cardiff

A fantastic place to stay, right in the centre of the village. The accommodation has a lovely fresh feel to it, the bed is really snuggly, and the breakfasts hearty. Daffyd is a great hosts- nothing too much trouble, and he's a great cook - the home-made glamorgan sausages are a triumph!

This is the perfect weekend get away or if you have more time (lucky you!) a longer relaxing break. The standard of the rooms are excellent, the bed is incredibly comfortable, combined with fantastic breakfasts and the most stunning views and walks right on your doorstep you are in for a treat! We enjoyed our stay so much we got engaged here!! We will be back one day to enjoy the tranquillity and wonderful friendly service again!

Perfect location for a surfing holiday, with great breakfasts and lovely 'designer' rooms. Dafydd and Kerry were kind enough to act as a taxi for a special evening meal, and were happy to share local surf knowledge too! Recommended already to friends and family - thanks a lot for a very relaxing week.

Stayed at Blas Gwyr recently. Lovely rooms , very comfortable and beautifully decorated. We were well looked after by Kerry both in providing a great breakfast and also by telling us about lots of good local walks. Will be back in the Autumn.

I visited right at the start of business and was amazed to be in such a wonderful place by the sea. Both Kerry and Dafydd were very warm, welcoming and knowledgeable. I loved my stay and would recommend this beautiful place. The furniture and interior design is as good as any other five star accommodation I have stayed at. Dear Dafyyd - we just wanted to say a big thank you for looking after us for two weeks. It was a real home from home holiday, yet still with all the magic and romance of our first Blas Gwyr stay. We are missing our super comfortable bed in LLyrlys, your famous Glamorgan sausages and your wonderfully Welsh sense of humour. Your intimate knowledge and love of the Gower peninsula is the icing on the cake.
