I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Blas Gwyr July 1-4, 2019. The room was comfortable and cozy and the property is centrally located to many beautiful Gower Peninsula sights. Spending time over the delicious breakfast with Daffyd, the proprietor, was a delight and gave me a wonderful introduction to this beautiful country and its language.

Dear Dafyyd - we just wanted to say a big thank you for looking after us for two weeks. It was a real home from home holiday, yet still with all the magic and romance of our first Blas Gwyr stay. We are missing our super comfortable bed in LLyrlys, your famous Glamorgan sausages and your wonderfully Welsh sense of humour. Your intimate knowledge and love of the Gower peninsula is the icing on the cake. As well as recommending Blas Gwyr to all our friends, family and colleagues I think it goes without saying ' we will be back' Diolch, Cwtch and Hiraeth.

My boyfriend and I loved our stay at Blas Gwyr - it was perfect in every respect. Really comfy bed, beautifully decorated and so cosy on a rainy weekend. And the breakfast was delicious too. Loved everything! Perfect weekend getaway destination - have returned home feeling revitalised. Can't wait to come back again - hopefully for longer next time!

Perfect location for a surfing holiday, with great breakfasts and lovely 'designer' rooms. Dafydd and Kerry were kind enough to act as a taxi for a special evening meal, and were happy to share local surf knowledge too! Just want to thank Dafydd for making our stay at Blas Gwyr so fabulous. The weekend away was a suprise 30th Birthday present for my husband, and Dafydd added the extra touches to make it extra special e.g. balloons, champagne and chocolates. We had a lovely stay at Blas Gwyr. Dafydd was a great host who made us welcome, gave us directions to where we needed to go and cooked the most amazing Welsh breakfast. Our room was comfortable, clean and warm a lovely place to relax after a day walking on the beach. We would highly recommend staying her if you visit the stunning area.
