Fantastic is the only way to describe our stay at blas gwyr. Kerry and Daffyd are very friendly and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are beautiful and breakfast is delicious, a good selection of local food, both hot and cold. We wish Kerry and Daffyd every success with their business.

This is the perfect weekend get away or if you have more time (lucky you!) a longer relaxing break. The standard of the rooms are excellent, the bed is incredibly comfortable, combined with fantastic breakfasts and the most stunning views and walks right on your doorstep you are in for a treat! We enjoyed our stay so much we got engaged here!! We will be back one day to enjoy the tranquillity and wonderful friendly service again!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Blas Gwyr July 1-4, 2019. The room was comfortable and cozy and the property is centrally located to many beautiful Gower Peninsula sights. Spending time over the delicious breakfast with Daffyd, the proprietor, was a delight and gave me a wonderful introduction to this beautiful country and its language.

Dear Dafyyd - we just wanted to say a big thank you for looking after us for two weeks. It was a real home from home holiday, yet still with all the magic and romance of our first Blas Gwyr stay. We are missing our super comfortable bed in LLyrlys, your famous Glamorgan sausages and your wonderfully Welsh sense of humour. Your intimate knowledge and love of the Gower peninsula is the icing on the cake. As well as recommending Blas Gwyr to all our friends, family and colleagues I think it goes without saying ' we will be back' Diolch, Cwtch and Hiraeth.

WOW, what a find. The perfect place in the perfect village, we fell in love with the Gower and each other all over again with the help of this very special B&B where nothing was too much trouble. Beautifully modern rooms and very reasonable price for the level of comfort and service. Dafydd's breakfasts and Italian apple cake are out of this world, and we can't wait to come back and try the Saturday evening Tuscan dinner soon. Just want to thank Dafydd for making our stay at Blas Gwyr so fabulous. The weekend away was a suprise 30th Birthday present for my husband, and Dafydd added the extra touches to make it extra special e.g. balloons, champagne and chocolates. The room was of superb quality and the atmosphere was very welcoming. We will definately be recommending this B & B to all our friends and family : )

We had the Grug Rooom. Absolutely amazing. Big, clean and cozy room, fantastic, huge bathroom, (photo doesn't do it justice!shower-wow!) very comfortable. Perfect location - excellent walks, and near the beautiful Rhossili beach! The owner is a lovely man, who cooks a feast for breakfast!!! Ask him for directions and things to see, and things to eat - he knows everything. Would recommend 100%. Will definitely go back one day! Thank you!

Stayed at Blas Gwyr recently. Lovely rooms , very comfortable and beautifully decorated. We were well looked after by Kerry both in providing a great breakfast and also by telling us about lots of good local walks. Will be back in the Autumn.

This has been mine and my girlfriend's retreat for 4 years now, and each time just gets better. Daffyd is a fantastic host and chef, both evening meals and breakfast are perfect. The b&b is an Ideal place for quiet get away, hill climbing and without a doubt the surf is nearly as good as the breakfast! Keep up the good work Daf.

We had a lovely stay at Blas Gwyr. Dafydd was a great host who made us welcome, gave us directions to where we needed to go and cooked the most amazing Welsh breakfast. Our room was comfortable, clean and warm a lovely place to relax after a day walking on the beach. We would highly recommend staying her if you visit the stunning area.
