Couldn't fault the room,dafydd was away but his son and sue made us more then welcome,breakfast was lovely and the location spot on,would definetley stay again,would recommend the kings head in the village lovely food,and only short walk to it. We stayed for two nights would like to stay longer next time.

Blas Gŵyr – July 2009 Having had personal recommendations in Cardiff off people who’d already stayed in the newly opened ‘Blas Gŵyr’ we looked forward to our break in Llangennith with great anticipation. We weren’t to be disappointed. Indeed, it was even better than our expectations, having a real Welsh welcome off our charming hosts Dafydd and Kerri in a beautiful, quiet setting. We stayed in the ‘Grug’ room, which was very tastefully furnished with modern decor and had a really relaxing ambience. A glass of wine in the sun trap of a courtyard was an added bonus, as was the bara lawr in the hearty breakfast, full of local produce. A real treat, we will definitely be coming back to have more of a taste of ‘Blas Gŵyr’. Diolch am y croeso. Geraint & Cath, Cardiff

We had a lovely stay at Blas Gwyr. Dafydd was a great host who made us welcome, gave us directions to where we needed to go and cooked the most amazing Welsh breakfast. Our room was comfortable, clean and warm a lovely place to relax after a day walking on the beach. We would highly recommend staying her if you visit the stunning area.

I visited right at the start of business and was amazed to be in such a wonderful place by the sea. Both Kerry and Dafydd were very warm, welcoming and knowledgeable. I loved my stay and would recommend this beautiful place. The furniture and interior design is as good as any other five star accommodation I have stayed at. WOW, what a find. The perfect place in the perfect village, we fell in love with the Gower and each other all over again with the help of this very special B&B where nothing was too much trouble. Beautifully modern rooms and very reasonable price for the level of comfort and service. Dafydd's breakfasts and Italian apple cake are out of this world, and we can't wait to come back and try the Saturday evening Tuscan dinner soon. We spent a magical weekend at the Dafydd's B&B. Beautifully decorated room, wonderful company at breakfast... Not to mention the history lession and tourist information bureau, all in one person... Dafydd! We will definitely be back. Beautiful coat, great people.

We had a fabulous long weekend at Blas Gwyr. Our room was comfortable, luxurious and beautifully decorated and the breakfast delicious. We were made to feel incredibly welcome and given excellent advice on what to do in the area. I recommended Blas Gwyr unreservedly.

Just had three nights at Blasgwyr, can only be described as excellent in every department.

We loved the location it was perfect for our little trip! Daffyd was really helpful with all his local knowledge and got up extra early one day to make us breakfast as we had an early start! Room was lovely n cosy and my boyfriend thought the shower room was ace. Right near the local pub and wonderful walk to rhossili beach. This was a special trip for my birthday as I fond memories of the Gower, Blas Gwyr made it very memorable.

This has been mine and my girlfriend's retreat for 4 years now, and each time just gets better. Daffyd is a fantastic host and chef, both evening meals and breakfast are perfect. The b&b is an Ideal place for quiet get away, hill climbing and without a doubt the surf is nearly as good as the breakfast! Keep up the good work Daf.

Fantastic is the only way to describe our stay at blas gwyr. Kerry and Daffyd are very friendly and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are beautiful and breakfast is delicious, a good selection of local food, both hot and cold. We wish Kerry and Daffyd every success with their business.

Had a wonderful stay. We had the room called Grug which was spacious and very comfortable. The wet room was brilliant great shower and as we stayed at a very hot time of the year was a bonus. Only negative was the sofa needs changing as it's starting to look tatty. Breakfast was very good. Very good poached eggs served in a relaxing environment. Daffid very genial and approachable host All in all great stay and would like to book again.
