We had a lovely stay at Blas Gwyr. Dafydd was a great host who made us welcome, gave us directions to where we needed to go and cooked the most amazing Welsh breakfast. Our room was comfortable, clean and warm a lovely place to relax after a day walking on the beach. We would highly recommend staying her if you visit the stunning area.

Just want to thank Dafydd for making our stay at Blas Gwyr so fabulous. The weekend away was a suprise 30th Birthday present for my husband, and Dafydd added the extra touches to make it extra special e.g. balloons, champagne and chocolates. The room was of superb quality and the atmosphere was very welcoming. We will definately be recommending this B & B to all our friends and family : )

Dear Dafyyd - we just wanted to say a big thank you for looking after us for two weeks. It was a real home from home holiday, yet still with all the magic and romance of our first Blas Gwyr stay. We are missing our super comfortable bed in LLyrlys, your famous Glamorgan sausages and your wonderfully Welsh sense of humour. Your intimate knowledge and love of the Gower peninsula is the icing on the cake. Blas Gŵyr – July 2009 Having had personal recommendations in Cardiff off people who’d already stayed in the newly opened ‘Blas Gŵyr’ we looked forward to our break in Llangennith with great anticipation. We weren’t to be disappointed. Indeed, it was even better than our expectations, having a real Welsh welcome off our charming hosts Dafydd and Kerri in a beautiful, quiet setting. We stayed in the ‘Grug’ room, which was very tastefully furnished with modern decor and had a really relaxing ambience. A glass of wine in the sun trap of a courtyard was an added bonus, as was the bara lawr in the hearty breakfast, full of local produce. A real treat, we will definitely be coming back to have more of a taste of ‘Blas Gŵyr’. Diolch am y croeso. Geraint & Cath, Cardiff

Very confortable B&B with natural decoration, beatiful view and quietness. Breakfast very rich and including typical Welsh specialties on request. Landlord very kind and entertaining, with plenty of information on Welsh traditions, language and history to give. Would recommend it to everyone.

We had the Grug Rooom. Absolutely amazing. Big, clean and cozy room, fantastic, huge bathroom, (photo doesn't do it justice!shower-wow!) very comfortable. Perfect location - excellent walks, and near the beautiful Rhossili beach! The owner is a lovely man, who cooks a feast for breakfast!!! Ask him for directions and things to see, and things to eat - he knows everything. Would recommend 100%. Will definitely go back one day! Thank you!

My boyfriend and I loved our stay at Blas Gwyr - it was perfect in every respect. Really comfy bed, beautifully decorated and so cosy on a rainy weekend. And the breakfast was delicious too. Loved everything! Perfect weekend getaway destination - have returned home feeling revitalised. Can't wait to come back again - hopefully for longer next time!

Fantastic is the only way to describe our stay at blas gwyr. Kerry and Daffyd are very friendly and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are beautiful and breakfast is delicious, a good selection of local food, both hot and cold. We wish Kerry and Daffyd every success with their business.

We spent a magical weekend at the Dafydd's B&B. Beautifully decorated room, wonderful company at breakfast... Not to mention the history lession and tourist information bureau, all in one person... Dafydd! We will definitely be back. Beautiful coat, great people.

How nice to find a B&B that looks beter in the flesh than on the website!! We had two great nights here and were well looked after. Rooms are immaculate, stylish and comfortable; as is the dining room. Also, in my opinion, situated on the best part of the Gower. Would reccomend to anyone. Thanks Dafydd and Kerry.

Where do i start with the superlatives, superb host in Dafydd , breakfast was a treat every morning great variations, Rhedin room was lovely and comfortable , with the wet bathroom an added touch, will re visit and recommend anyone to try Blas Gwr

WOW, what a find. The perfect place in the perfect village, we fell in love with the Gower and each other all over again with the help of this very special B&B where nothing was too much trouble. Beautifully modern rooms and very reasonable price for the level of comfort and service. Dafydd's breakfasts and Italian apple cake are out of this world, and we can't wait to come back and try the Saturday evening Tuscan dinner soon.
